How to win? ...about the Entrepreneurs Quality Mark

It is the beginning of summer, so the time of increased activity of the Warsaw Chamber of Entrepreneurs began to promote the next edition of the Wiktoria Znak Jakości Przedsiębiorców [Entrepreneurs Quality Mark Wiktoria] competition. This fact and your questions inspired us to describe how and for what we received this award.

In July 2015, we completed the required questionnaire. shortly afterwards, we received a letter about qualifying us for the second stage. Everything was fine, just a lot of work, and the second stage itself required a bit of it. In a word, we had a few doubts whether it was worth taking part in this, especially as a small company. It was worth it.
A few days before the deadline for submitting the competition sheet, I received a call from Mr. Waldemar Piorek, President of the Warsaw Chamber of Entrepreneurs. I'm a pretty assertive person, but he convinced me to move on. Mr. Waldemar has personally visited our website and believed so much that we have the potential to have him talk to me for 40 minutes. I think our dashed off questionnaire really had to surprise in comparison with surveys of other companies ;) And there were about 600 of them.

3 nights and days before the end of the deadline for submitting full documents to the second stage, we decided to take part. We did what was impossible at that time. We created a strongly integrated graphic concept, for the first time we counted the real growth of the company - it even surprised us positively ;) We described the development strategy of the Prototypownia company, threw in a shortened version of the market analysis and outlined the basic threats. We have added references, certificates from our training and short information about the opportunities we have already used and those that we plan to use. We have described the R&D activity that we conduct as far as possible and all innovative solutions that we have already proposed or are designing and will propose soon.
At the assessment stage, our financial credibility and reliability were also checked. Attention was also paid to social responsibility and local activities.

In response to a frequently asked question, the jury appreciated the quality, credibility, reliability, significant development and innovation of Prototypownia. And due to the fact that we were then a company existing on the market for only 15 months, they gave us a lot of trust. I think that in spite of all the challenges, today they would be proud of us.

With this post, I would like to thank Mr. Waldemar Penek, the entire Victoria 2015 jury and all those people who helped us sooner and later. And for the good advice received from the then Minister of Economy during the awards ceremony.
